It is our policy to use Royal Mail's first class post service for small packages sent within the UK and a Parcel Force signature service for orders above ￡20 in value which includes the majority of our overseas parcels. We believe these options provide customers with the best possible service with the added reassurance that orders will not get lost in transit.
Orders are sent using a standard service and are despatched as soon as practically possible. If you require your parts more urgently and require a priority delivery service, please call us and we can arrange to send your goods using an express service. Please note that your first order must be delivered to the card holders registered address.
For UK customers, our website automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the weight of the goods. For large / bulky parts (eg body panels) there is sometimes an additional packing charge. We try to minimise this where possible.
Once your order is shipped, we will email confirmation to you.
Any quoted delivery times are for "Working Days" from despatch and exclude weekends and bank holidays. All delivery times are guides and no guarantees can be given. Certain large or bulky items may incur additional packing charges. Please note that the delivery driver may need assistance to unload large/heavy items. Please advise if special delivery arrangements are required.
When a courier is being used for delivery, a signature will be required upon delivery. Our couriers are instructed not to leave goods at your premises without a signature unless you asked us to leave the goods in a safe place when you made your order. If goods are returned to us because no one was at home or no signature was given for delivery, we reserve the right to make a further charge if the courier has to return.
Shipping charges (including packaging & handling) are calculated on the weight of the consignment (and volume if large/bulky item) and the desired shipping method (Standard or Express.)
Supplements are applied to Next Day, Saturday, Royal Mail Special Delivery and out of area rural destinations including Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands.
The European Union Single Market permits the free movement of goods between all EU countries. This allows us to provide a superb service to all our customers within the EU, with the benefits of improved delivery, lower charges and easier documentation. Deliveries can be easily arranged using air or surface transport.
Worldwide (Non EU Countries)
Delivery costs are based on size, weight and method of delivery. Please note that costs are calculated on both actual and dimensional weights and the higher is charged.
Please note that although we do not charge VAT on orders despatched directly outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Please check your parcels
When you sign for a parcel being delivered, please inspect it carefully. If it has suffered in transit, you can mark the delivery note "Parcel Damaged" before signing or even refuse delivery in serious cases. We do of course pack carefully to help avoid these problems. Some deliveries involve more than one parcel so please check that all have been received.
We must be advised within 48 hours of delivery of any shortages or damaged goods.
Lost In Transit
If your parcel does not arrive, we have to establish our claim with the carrier before we can send a replacement consignment. This can sometimes be a lengthy process, and if your part is needed urgently, a second order can be paid for to save time. We refund one of your orders as soon as the couriers settle our claim.
We will make every attempt to ensure your order is delivered in the time specified but we cannot be responsible for the late delivery of goods by a third party. In particular, letter post cannot be guaranteed.
